Hispanic Retreat

Saturday November the 28th the Saint Joseph and Paul’s juvenile group went on a retreat. The environment where we had the retreat was very nice. My sister, my sister’s friend, Antonio and I had a great time at the retreat. We stayed there for two days, the first night for us the guys was really cold because we had to stay in a hut that was really cold and next to a river, and we only had a small heater that didn’t even heat up the hut. But anyways the retreat was pretty cool because I met new people from bowling green, and we all had a good time.

  1. Looks like you all had a really good time. I go to Saint Joseph and Paul sometimes. I used to go to Spanish mass, but now I go to Brescia Chapel most Sundays, because it is faster and if I take my son, he cries and I have to spend the whole mass in the back room so that he won't bother anyone. At least people can't hear him in the back of church.

  2. Yeah thats true. There is always a little kid that cries in my church and he distracts me because hes always crying or yelling and i cant hear what the preacher is saying.

  3. Are you all going to the Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe celebracion el sabado a Santos Jose y Pablo?? I read about it in the Church Bulletin, but I have no idea what the heck they are having at 4:30 in the morning!! I will just wait and go when they have the food later ;)

  5. No me voy para las mananitas. Voy para la comida. I mean, I am not going that early for Mananitas. I am going for the food. I wonder who is cooking. It said something about breakfast. My sister has her Latino Law Clinic at Sts. Joe and Paul that same day so we will probably walk over from the church office. I want to see the prosession with Our Lady of Guadalupe. Maybe I will see you all there :)
