The 2010 Winter Olympics is the international sports event. It is the 21st winter Olympic. It started on 12 February, 2010 in Vancouver in Canada and is going to end on 28th of February. The Olympics are organized by the Vancouver Organizing Committee (VANOC). It’s the third time that Canada is hosting Olympic. There are 82 National Olympics committee who have entered their teams with a number of 2,629 athletes. The United States has won the maximum number of Olympic medals till now in the 2010 winter Olympics. It has won 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 6 bronze medals making a total of 14 medals.

I loved the Olympics this year. I watched it constantly. My son is 3 years old and he even wanted to watch. I wrote a blog about it too! My favorite was the figure skater from Korea. She was awesome.
