Friends
Everyone has friends. I too, have many. Friends make our life complete. On this Thanksgiving, I am going to give special thanks my friends with the help of whom I am able to set myself whenever I am in new school. My school keeps on changing. Therefore I had many friends and still have. This is my 6th school but here I have only one friend. She is very nice. I am really thankful to her from the bottom of my heart. Someone has rightly said that with the help of friends “Every load is lighter and every road is shorter”. Friends have their own space in everyone’s life. They help you at the time of need. As it is said “a friend in need is a friend indeed”.

I recently started hanging out with a group of friends that I am very thankful for. I grew up in Owensboro and when I was little there were not very many Latinos here. I have had the pleasure of being around many Latinos from many different countries lately and have found that I really missed the culture. They listen to the same music I do (my other friends usually tell me to "turn the Spanish stuff off!"). Having good friends can get you through just about anything. Plus, since they are not family, you know that they spend time with you because they want to, not because they have to ;)
